Tyler, TX is getting an upgrade.
Spartan Construction Management announced that construction for an additional self-storage facility in Tyler, Texas is underway.
Through this development, the current FreeUp Storage Tyler location will gain almost 54,000 square feet of storage space, including two climate-controlled buildings and 15 extra RV/boat storage slots. This Tyler location is Spartan’s third self-storage project in the Tyler region that has been upgraded to better satisfy the market’s significant storage demands. The existing parcel was maximized through a design-build process that yielded seventy-five non-climate controlled units.
The facility, located at 4044 County Road 384 in Tyler, Texas, provides gated access to drive-up storage as well as 24-hour security. Spartan Construction Management is the general contractor, and work began this summer. The crew is now ahead of schedule, and the renovation and expansion are expected to be completed by November 2022.
