Alexander Dick

Alex leads Spartan Construction Management initial improvement projects as a Project Controls Engineer with over 10 years of experience in leading and overseeing client relationships and business operations.

Alex has a BS in Business Administration focusing on innovation and organization management from Colorado State University.  Alex holds his Project Management Professional Certification and a Construction Management Specialization.

Starting his career as a Business Relationship Banker, Alex developed and cultivated lucrative relationships with both new and existing clients through effective communication and exemplary interpersonal skills. 

Within a few years Alex determined it was time to begin his entrepreneur journey and started a Automotive Reconditioning business focusing on Paintless Dent Repair. Here he was able to get hands on experience with scheduling projects, managing subcontractors, and learning how to improve operational efficiencies to utilize during his next role with Spartan Construction Management. 

Alex took these skills along with his history of executing quality business standards and joined Spartan Construction Management as its 3rd team member. He believes in the mission, vision, and values of the company and knew it would elevate his career to new heights. Alex began learning the real estate and construction world and quickly grew into his current role of Construction Specialist. Since his time at SCM he has developed the FreeUp Storage facility improvements program and helped to streamline the implementation of SCM’s construction management software.

Alex currently resides in Denver, CO with his family and three rescue dogs. He enjoys home improvement projects, fantasy football and the Colorado outdoors.
