Overview: 

SCM delivered eleven new one-story buildings encompassing 82,000 SF of class A storage on Whidbey Island in Oak Harbor, WA. The new facility features one large climate-controlled building and ten non-climate controlled drive-up buildings. This development will provide new storage in a community that is supported by the local Naval base and growing community just outside of the Seattle area.
