Tom Landsberger

Tom brings over 20 years of commercial construction management and military leadership to the Spartan team, leading SCM as Director of Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He is a combat veteran and continues to serve as an officer in the USAR. Tom is committed to helping SCM exceed client expectations by delivering projects on time and within budget. Leaning on his experience he is focused on enhancing operational processes, standards, and project execution. His experience includes storage facilities, K-12 schools, multifamily housing, medical facilities, offices, and manufacturing projects. After college, Tom moved to Colorado to be closer to the mountains, starting his career as a Field Engineer with a local Denver general contractor. Over the years, he has strategically advanced in the industry, holding positions of Superintendent, Project Manager, and in company operations. This progression has enabled him to lead larger teams and manage increasingly more complex projects. Most of his career has been dedicated to Colorado and Washington State.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys overlanding, camping with his family, mountain biking, mountaineering, and climbing frozen waterfalls in the winter. He resides in Fort Collins, CO, with his wife, daughter, and their dog, Bell.
