Kiki is part of the pre-construction division and contributes to the success of the front-end activities related to estimating, solicitation, bidding, risk mitigation and development before Spartan Construction Management breaks ground.

Since moving to the United States, Kiki switched careers and worked in commercial real estate, residential real estate, multi-family development, self-storage development and facility management. With over 2 years of experience in the real estate and construction world, Kiki joined the teams as a Pre-Construction Engineer.

Kiki graduated from Louisiana State University with summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and 2 minors: business administration and technical sales.

Prior to moving to the United States, Kiki has 6 years of experience in hotel management, retail, and office management. Kiki worked in various countries from Germany and Austria all the way to New Zealand. Working in different countries with diverse cultures taught Kiki high-end and personable customer service, highly detailed and task-oriented work attitude in addition to thinking outside the box.

Kiki hails from the picturesque village of Berghofen in Germany (Bavaria), a close-knit community of approximately 300 people. Coming from such a unique environment has undoubtedly shaped her approach to teamwork and collaboration.

Outside of work, Kiki is a passionate traveler who loves to explore and immerse herself in different cultures. She has a strong desire to discover more of the United States, making her an adventurer at heart. Her wanderlust and curiosity align perfectly with our team’s spirit of exploration and growth.

Kiki’s favorite holiday is Oktoberfest, which she describes as the “5th season of Bavaria.” This celebration is a testament to her love for traditions, great food, and the company of friends and family. It’s evident that Kiki values the importance of togetherness, something we hold dear in our team as well.
