With over 16 years of experience in construction and leading teams, Aaron Saunders leads Spartan Construction Management as the President
He comes from a construction family and has been in construction since graduating high school. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management that he paid for by working construction and fabrication jobs through college. He also carries his General Contractors license and is a certified PMP.
After spending the majority of his career in the heavy industrial space, he pivoted bringing the skillsets of executing highly complex projects to the self-storage space. This has allowed SCM to build a solid foundation of tools and project controls to manage projects effectively and efficiently.
Aaron loves all things construction and real estate but has a real passion for supporting his team members and helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.
Aaron lives in Golden Colorado and loves the outdoors. He loves spending time with his wife and three kids supporting all their activities and getting in some camping, mountain biking and trail running when he can.
